A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR As an Automotive Service Advisor, your friendly face is the first one our customers see when they visit our shop. Greeting every customer with a smile, you communicate with them about what car services and repairs they're looking for. You consult with our service technicians to determine time frames and repair costs. To help manage our workflow, you effectively schedule appointments without overworking our techs. Proactively, you order parts before they run out, so our techs are always well-equipped. If a job changes or finishes up, you contact the customer to keep them updated on their car's status. You feel great about keeping our schedule organized and helping us better serve our customers! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR Experience as a service advisor Valid driver's license Residence in Raleigh or willingness to relocate Are you extremely organized? Can you effectively communicate with both coworkers and customers? Are you detail-oriented? If yes, you might just be perfect for this customer service position!
