EnviroControl Systems Inc. is looking for an experienced HVAC Journeyman with mechanical retrofit experience to drive daily results, create a vision, set goals, and hold the team accountable. Candidate must have a strong leadership presence and a proven record of success. Position Summary: Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated commercial and industrial mechanical retrofit projects to ensure that the goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and budget according to the Company's policies, procedures, and safety standards. Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week; overtime is required Pay rate: Up to $28.00/HR + Job Profitability Incentive Bonuses Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Vacation & Holidays, Company Vehicle, Company Phone, iPad, phone, uniform, company vehicle Requirements: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass background & drug screens Minimum 2 years of related experience Mechanical retrofit experience is required Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Project Excellent communication skills, oral and written Excellent organizational skills commercial manager, general manager, hvac manager, hvac commercial,ac work, manager work
