Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. is hiring a Accounting Engineer - Intern! Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. is searching for an exceptional Accounting Intern to join our team this summer starting in May! The Accounting Intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working closely with the Accounting Manager and Accounting team. The ideal candidate is a learner, dependable, adaptable, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator. This is a great internship opportunity for students pursuing Accounting Management, Accounts Receivables, or related fields. Accounting Internship duties include, but are not limited to: Get hands-on experience in the technical aspects and business aspects of our business Shadow staff and perform actual work in accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliation and financial analysis. Assist the Accounting Manager with tasks as required Work collaboratively with other departments as is relates to customer billing and discrepancies Cross- train within the department to provide back-up coverage as needed What we are looking for: Ability to provide a positive and helpful demeanor during all customer communication and maintain and improve customer relationships. Maintain confidentiality of the information in his/her charge. Experience in MS Office (especially excel) Good written and verbal communication skills Must be able to Multi-task. Must be able to pass regular drug testing and background checks required.
