The equipment operator position for aggregate is critical as we build better communities by suppling better products. Here are some of the things you will do: Operate heavy equipment, including trackhoe, backhoe, loader, skidsteer, dozer, and crusher equipment. Excavate trenches, load trucks with quality material, grade pads/floors in conformance to requirements. Service and clean equipment as needed, as well as perform pre and post inspections to ensure proper performance of equipment. Assist with plant maintenance and operations. Be a great, reliable team member. We want you to grow with us and are excited to give you opportunities to grow your skill level and try new things. Additionally, we're looking for: The ability to operate heavy equipment productively, efficiently, and safely. Someone who can demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision. Someone who likes working outdoors. High energy. We work a lot of hours in a day, and your high energy will keep you going with the rest of your team. MSHA training is preferred. At least 1 year of experience at running a loader, dozer or trackhoe. Crusher experience is also preferred.
