SCHEDULE, PAY, & BENEFITS This woodworking position is full-time and typically works 8- to 10-hour shifts . This carpentry and woodworking position earns a competitive wage of $23+ per hour . YOUR DAY AS A LEAD CABINETRY INSTALLATION TECH Week in and week out, you take on 3-5 installation projects. As soon as you arrive on-site, you get down to business. First things first, you meticulously review the design plans, carefully scrutinizing every detail. With your attention to detail, you also survey the area to pinpoint any potential installation issues, ensuring the plans can be adjusted if necessary. Once you're certain everything is in order, you get to work installing the cabinets with the utmost care and efficiency. Your work is consistently outstanding, and you're always on top of keeping the job site clean and tidy. You're also a proactive communicator, keeping our team and clients in the loop on the progress of each project. Should anything arise that could cause delays, you're quick to alert the supervisors so they can work on finding a solution. Even when you're not out in the field installing cabinets, you're still an invaluable member of our team, working at the shop with a variety of woodworking and carpentry tasks. Above all, you're driven by your commitment to completing each project to the highest possible standards, always taking pride in delivering quality work.
