At Kayl, we are all about keeping our clients comfortable. Apply today! Position Summary: Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers. This is a fast-paced position requiring strong communication skills (verbal and written), solid computer skills, and the ability to self-manage while meeting performance expectations. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 depending on experience Hours: 40 hours a week Required Qualifications: Previous experience and/or training in customers service, dispatching, or project management High school diploma or general education degree Advanced customer service skills Ability to multi-task Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented Geographical knowledge if service area or map reading skills Computer skills including knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, outlook, word) ***NO PHONE CALLS OR IN OFFICE INQUIRIES ABOUT THIS POSITION.
