Hillis-Carnes Engineering Associates (HCEA) is a top tier, multi-disciplined engineering firm with advanced capabilities in geotechnical and geostructural engineering, environmental consulting, specialty construction, construction materials engineering and testing, and third-party inspections. We are currently seeking an Environmental Services Division Manager to join our team in our Annapolis Junction, MD office. In this role, the successful candidate will have an extensive amount of experience leading a division of a consulting firm that provides environmental assessments, environmental health and safety, and industrial hygiene services for clients in both the public and private sectors. This candidate will also need to be seasoned in the execution and management of small to very large environmental projects. Essential Responsibilities: -Managing a diverse staff of professionals and technicians, and collaborating with all HCEA offices & divisions to continue the growth and expansion of environmental services -Business development and maintenance of client relationships -Technical oversight -Project management -QA/QC of environmental services Qualifications: -10+ years of relative experience -A four year degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, or related field -Professional licenses and/or certifications preferred Perks and Benefits: We are proudly an Equal Opportunity Employer and offer an appealing benefit package.
