Position Overview and Job Responsibilities: KODA Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced full-time (or part-time) Contracts Administrator to support the current Contracts group and the overall Operations team. The successful candidate will manage, process and execute incoming and outgoing actions related to KODA's contract portfolio, teaming agreements, proposals, and other contract-related efforts. Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain customer relationships and coordinate timely, accurate responses to external customers, internal team members, team leads, and KODA leadership. Oversee the efficient execution of contract management for an allocated portion of KODA's contract portfolio in accordance with KODA's policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. This includes receiving, organizing, and routing Requests For Proposals, contract awards, contract modifications, and close-out requests. Similarly, the Contracts Administrator will secure, organize and submit proposals, fully-executed contract and modification documents, monthly deliverables and invoices, and close-out responses. Support KODA's subcontracting efforts with initial contracting negotiations and effective communication of purchase orders, monthly deliverables and invoicing. Review, revise, negotiate, and execute successful teaming agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and contract awards, to produce favorable terms and conditions to mitigate program risk. Maintain overall awareness of the allocated portion of KODA's contract portfolio to recommend and execute appropriate contractual revisions or other similar actions. Forecast and communicate contract-related risks to the Operations Team and the Vice President of Operations, including recommending options for resolution. Work collaboratively with KODA's Program Controls and Accounting teams to ensure the efficient execution of contract-related tasks. Support KODA's CEO, with other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 5+ years of directly related professional experience. Experience managing contracts on small-to-medium-sized programs including a strong working knowledge of flowdown clauses and typical contracting terms and conditions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Solid communication skills, both in written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across the organization and between KODA and the contracting departments of its customers.
