Signature Truck Systems, LLC is a national leader in the manufacture of propane distribution trucks, including bobtails, cranes, cylinder, transport and service trucks, as well as servicing these trucks and selling parts. Position Summary: The Fabricator / Welder position is full-time and located in Houghton Lake, Michigan. We build custom cabinets, drawers, tool boxes, tailgates, side rails for up-fitting on medium to heavy duty trucks such as crane or service truck. Must be self-motivated and willing to learn/grow with the company and able to work overtime. No Weekends! Competitive pay base and may increase with experience and knowledge. Skills & Experience: Fabrication experience or knowledge in combination with training Proficient MIG/TIG welding (structurally sound) Shear and press brake experience preferred Sheet metal fabrication a plus Must have own basic fabrication, welding, general shop tools Ability to operate hand tools and forklift Attention to detail and safety Excellent verbal and written communication skill High professional ethical standard Ability to work in a diverse workplace Ability to perform mathematical computations Strong problem solving and documentation skills Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life 1st of month after 60 Days Holiday Pay, Paid Medical Leave, Vacation Time Supplemental Insurance, 1st of month following application 401(k) w/company match, Traditional or Roth, 1st of month after 30 Days Job Posted by ApplicantPro
