About the position: The North American Logistics Specialist will provide leading and managed support for day-to-day processes for clients, carriers, and functionality within the TM System. This will include working closely with a team of individuals to ensure best practices are being implemented and maintained for continued success throughout the organization. Some of the key responsibilities for this position include: Managing clients daily FTL & LTL shipments Daily communication with client and carriers Daily use of systems to manage shipments and communication (Mercury Gate TMS) You are a great fit for this role if you: Have experience within different freight markets including carrier management, Multi-modal types (FTL, LTL, Intermodal), equipment types (vans, flatbed, reefers), and tariffs Are skilled in Microsoft office and some type of transportation management system experience Have critical thinking and project planning skills, as well as the ability to find and recommend creative solutions to common problems We are a great fit for you if you: Want to work at a place that not only talks about core values but makes sure our core values are at the front of every decision!
