PRN Floater Dental Assistant Job Description: Mid America Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to work PRN as a Floater for 4 facilities (Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:30pm). This individual MUST be willing to work at the Bullock Correctional Facility in Union Springs, AL, the Kilby Correctional Facility in Mt. Meigs, AL, the Staton Correctional Facility in Elmore, AL, and the Tutwiler Prison for Women in Wetumpka, AL. This position is a rewarding, low stress alternative to private practice dentistry. MAH offers competitive compensation and a 401k. NO late nights or weekends!! Because this position is working as a Floater and may have short notice requests to work, the pay is $17.00 per hour plus a monthly stipend of $150. PRN Floater Dental Assistant Job Duties: Routine chairside duties include preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care. No ortho, crown & bridge, or endo required. Some administrative duties are also required. PRN Floater Dental Assistant Job Qualifications: 1 year experience and certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred.
