Who You Are: The Maintenance Manager keeps the buildings and grounds in a clean, orderly, and safe condition. The Maintenance Manager maintains the facility in good repair by performing the following duties: maintain building by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, construction, janitorial, and as required, other related maintenance activities. The Maintenance Manager ensures that all repairs are handled in a timely and appropriate manner. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for multiple buildings including the Clark Family Center, Clark Center Annex Apartments, Kenton Women's Village, and multiple residential buildings owned or master leased by Catholic Charities. What You Will Work On: Maintains building by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, construction, janitorial and as required, other related maintenance Ensures that all repairs are handled in a timely and appropriate Ensures that communication about status and scheduling of requested repairs is communicated in a timely manner and updated as Maintain receipts and records for all purchases and submit expense reports or payment requests in a timely Develop and execute maintenance schedule for all Coordinate with the Facilities Manager for planning and development of the annual budget for facilities and with Housing team staff for planning and development and development of housing property What You Bring: Education, Certifications, and Licensure Requirements/Preferences Completion of relevant trade or training program and/or equivalent lived and/or work experience required. Experience Requirements/Preferences 1-3 years required, 4+ years preferred of related experience and/or other demonstrated ability to perform maintenance functions of the Ability to learn and effectively use web- and app-based Property Management and finance programs such as Tenant Tech, Concur, and Ability to effectively work with standard office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams VACCINATION POLICY Catholic Charities of Oregon requires all employees to confirm they are fully vaccinated, or in the process of receiving the COVID-19 vaccination.
