Occasional prevailing wage opportunities We are currently looking for a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer / Foreman to join our team, someone who shares our values of excellence in customer service and high-quality work. This position is a hands-on working foreman position, overseeing and working on commercial retro fit and new construction jobs. Position Summary: To install commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. To oversee all aspects of commercial installation jobs. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent Pass background check and drug scree Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 5 + years of Commercial HVAC Installation Commercial HVC foreman experience Laying out jobs Organizing crews Managing personnel Managing jobs and client relationship Maintaining budget Overseeing several jobs until completion EPA Certification Sheet metal fabrication experience for on-site transitions Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems, spiral, flex etc. Proficient in installing Gas Pipe Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipe, line sets Configuring controls Experience with HVAC low voltage systems - wiring up equipment Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings HVAC trade school certification desired Check us out online: : www.myadvancedair.com installation manager, manager hvac, install manager, manager jobs
