Description:
We are looking for a Program Budget Analyst to join our team. This role includes collection of data and assisting the organization in better program execution decisions. This will be accomplished through supporting the program team in the utilization and data reporting out of the corporate JAMIS system and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) as well as the corporate ERP and manufacturing planning system (E2). This individual will be responsible for new report layout, data integrity for programs, creating data reporting formats and analytics for program teams to better assess trend data and make informed execution decisions based on reported data. Description of Duties: Communicating with various organizational levels. Build strong relationships with program team members. Enhance reporting outputs and data visualization, specific to JAMIS, EVMS and E2 systems Collaborate with team members, data teams, to maximize reporting capability and efficiency Maintain and update existing data Create reporting formats and forecasting tools that enable better programmatic decision making Required Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or finance related field complete or currently being pursued. 3-5 years of professional experience. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Gather systems information, quickly assimilate the data and assist in report layout and reporting formats. Advanced Excel - Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA Power BI - Able to write measures with DAX Financial Analysis Understanding the EAC process and how to conduct it. Understanding what BSEC is and how to track it. EVM knowledge How to build a generic inquiry in JAMIS Data Modeling - how to build a database to restructure JAMIS data Other related duties according to business needs. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
