Responsible for loan operations administration in various duties of loans. This includes servicing, accounting, reporting functions, and assisting in loan processing and loan documentation preparation. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Good understanding of financial institution loan products and services. Good oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail. Self-starter, able to work under minimal supervision. Comfortable in a team working environment. We would like this position to be in Waukee for the first 90 days, then negotiable as to other of locations.
