Perform routine facility maintenance Minor electrical work, carpentry, and plumbing Seasonal grounds maintenance responsibilities Safety rounds and monthly inspections Qualifications for the Maintenance Technician: High school degree or equivalent required. Previous maintenance experience required. Knowledge of commercial electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems is strongly preferred Ability to supervise contractors in the buildings Current Drivers License What does Saint Elizabeth Community offer employees?
