Under the guidance of the Director- Medford Operations, the Range Attendant will perform the following duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Must have the stamina and dedication to reliability work in all weather conditions. Picking driving range golf balls mechanically (or manually when required). Cleaning golf balls with an automated system. Preparing the range for customer use. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Other duties as assigned. Compensation and other Perks: $15.50-$17.00/hour (depending on experience), flexible schedule, free golf and driving range use, free bowling and discounted golf merchandise. Required Skills/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. One (1) year experience in a range attendant role. High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Demonstrated knowledge of golf course equipment, tools and goods. Must pass and remain in compliance with drug-free workplace policies. Reliable transportation. Physical Requirements (as required by OSHA and ADA): Occasionally work in wet or humid weather conditions. Frequently work in outdoor weather conditions.
