McMillen, Inc. is seeking skilled tradesmen for heavy civil construction projects in Big Piney, WY. We are a drug-free workplace, and you must consent to drug test and background check. This project will begin in May of 2023 and will continue through the end of October 2023. General Laborer - Laborers have a general responsibility to provide support and assistance to the other skilled crafts working on the project. Laborers provide support for the carpenters, concrete operations, pipe laying operations, and the general excavation operations. Laborers will also perform other duties assigned by their direct foreman or superintendent. [$14.00 - $26.00 per hour DOE.] Foreman - The Foreman's function is to oversee and facilitate all aspects of on-site construction activities or projects. The Foreman will typically lead a crew of 1 to 20 persons and must have first-hand working knowledge of the elements required for execution of the various activities or projects. Involvement begins with pre-construction activities with the Superintendent and continues throughout project completion, contract closeout and warranty. [$28.00 - $40.00 per hour DOE.] Equipment Operator - The Equipment Operator's function is to be able to safely operate types of equipment but not limited to excavators, dozers, loaders, scrapers, grader/blades, and back hoes. The operator must have good operational skills to be able to produce high volume quality work in a safety-conscious work environment. The operator must be able to work with foremen and laborers to produce quality work in high volume time-sensitive conditions.
