This position will assist in the growth and development of our customer base that will be supported by our plant in Sinton, Texas. ABOUT THE POSITION The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of a clear strategic plan to grow market share in an assigned territory through current customer growth and new customer acquisition. The Regional Sales manager is also responsible for the development of accurate and timely market intelligence to share internally with Sales, Demand Planning, Operations, Marketing and Engineering, to ensure the results meet and exceed customer expectations. The preferred candidate will have the following: BS in business, marketing, sales or a related field At least 5 years of experience in sales role(s) of increasing responsibility; outside sales experience required. Experience in pricing and margin drivers required. Demonstrable sales results showing market share increases within strategic customer base. Experience in a Manufacturing environment and/or the Steel industry preferred. Ability to travel 50-75%.
