OR 2 Years accounting related experience. Experience with Microsoft 365 Responsibility includes various accounting and bookkeeping functions focusing primarily on billing and accounts receivable. This includes, but not limited to the preparation of daily deposits and recording into the accounting system, assisting in month-end close activities for multiple bank account reconciliation and balancing of accounts. Assists in the management of funds for Social Security Beneficiaries, with adherence to the rules and regulations of a Representative Payee. This may include oversight, review, some audit functions of those funds and their documentation. Will need to interact with various other depts within the company. Performs various other department duties as needed. Knowledge of Managed Care Organizations/Medicaid and Social Security a plus. Must have understanding of Microsoft Office products.
