We join together to provide a wide range of mental health, crisis services, parenting support, family-focused therapy, and residential programming. How you can make an Impact Our Residential Service Program offers a continuum of housing for the acutely and chronically mentally ill with supervised residences. Our purpose is to help those suffering from severe mental illness to live in the least restrictive setting that is compatible with their level of functioning. As a Residential supervisor, you will p rovide leadership in culturally competent service delivery. You will w ork closely with the Residential Nurse and Director in the implementation of adult individualized rehabilitation treatment goals. The Residential Supervisor will c ollaborate with Acenda team members and external supports to enhance independence for individuals served.
