This position is Monday - Friday and provides both clinic and office time. LPN uses nursing skills, judgment and knowledge acquired through experience and continuing education programs, to perform patient care activities delegated by and performed under the direction of a Physician. Requires the ability to multi-task while providing outstanding patient care/service. ***Sign-on Bonus being offered*** Requirements for this position include a current licensure to practice as a LPN in the State of Illinois. Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age appropriate care to all patients served. Prior two years experience in an outpatient office or orthopedics along with Allscripts and coding knowledge is highly preferred.
