Location:Plano, TX, USA About the role: We are seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager to support the installation of new Noodoe EV charging sites. In this role, you will be responsible for developing our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) partner network, ensuring that our installations are compliant with the National Electric Code and providing technical support to our partners. Please note Certified electrician with a strong understanding of the National Electric Code is required Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a network of installation and service providers to support the growth of Noodoe's charging network Ensure that all installations are compliant with the National Electric Code and relevant safety standards Provide technical support to partners and customers during the installation process Develop and implement processes for the ongoing operations and maintenance of Noodoe charging stations Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and support requests from partners and customers Ensure that all documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in our O&M processes Qualifications: Certified electrician with a strong understanding of the National Electric Code is required Proven track record of managing a network of installation and service providers Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong technical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar role in the electric vehicle charging industry is highly preferred. Estimated Travel 10%
