Join Community Services Group (CSG) as a Outpatient Therapist (Mental Health Professional) for our Outpatient Treatment Services in Williamsport, PA and find meaning in your work every day. This Full-Time Position (40 hrs./wk.) offers flexible day and evening hours with 2 schedule options including 5 - 8 hour days (Monday to Friday) or 4 - 10 hour days (Monday to Thursday). Hiring immediately! This position offers you: $1,500.00 Sign-On-Bonus! (The sign-on-bonus will be paid after the successful completion of the 6-month initial evaluation period.) Starting salary (Salary is negotiable based on relevant experience): Unlicensed - $43,000/yr. LSW - $48,000/yr. LPC & LMFT - $50,000/yr. LCSW - $53,000/yr. The opportunity to: Provide services via telehealth as needed during the pandemic. Clinical supervision hours for employees seeking licensure. About the position: As an Outpatient Therapist, you are responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents, and their families in an outpatient setting. In this clinical role, you will have the opportunity to: Provide individual, family and/or group counseling services to adults, children, adolescents, and families. Work closely with other mental health specialists, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, case managers, psychiatric nurses, school counselors, and behavioral health providers. Participate actively in all relevant team, supervision, and general staff meetings to enhance the services of Community Services Group. Qualifications: Must have one of the following: Master's or doctorate degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field; OR Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Psychologist. License preferred but not required. Must have all of the following: Able to work flexible hours as needed.
