The Resident Services Care Coordinator supports the Resident Service Director (Director of Nursing) by assisting in managing, and effectively assuring that systems are in place to provide for quality assisted living services in all areas of resident care. Providing care and assessing/reassessing residents. Communication with physicians. Prepare daily work schedules for caregivers Auditing for regulatory compliance If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: Positive team player attitude and love working with people! One year of relevant experience. Good verbal and written communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent Must be certified Medication Aide (Med Tech Certification) and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide/certification Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
