You'd be joining a team focused on uplifting and enhancing the wellbeing of families struggling with substance use. $500 sign on bonus and Bilingual differential provided to those who qualify What you'll do as a therapist - Provide in-home family-centered therapy to enhance functioning and well-being of parents and children residing in Atlantic, Cape May and Ocean Counties.- Provide individual and family recovery counseling, education and support, promoting healthy lifestyles and healthy choices.- Teach, coach and model self-care techniques, healthy coping skills and effective parent-child interactions.- Co-facilitate recovery support groups.- Work collaboratively with HHM Peer Recovery Specialist and community service providers to support a recovery-oriented system of care.- Complete documentation consistent with program, agency, and federal cross-site evaluation requirements.
