Madison Regional Health System is hiring a full-time and part-time Paramedic to work in our ER and EMS departments. This individual will work 12-hour shifts covering the emergency room and the ambulance service. Madison Regional Health System uses a shift rotation to support a work-life balance, including day, weekend, evening, and holiday shifts. The individual will be responsible for a share of on-call shifts as well. Madison Regional Health System is committed to providing quality healthcare according to established performance standards, which requires the selected candidate to have excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Full-time positions come with Madison Regional Health System's benefits package and a competitive salary. MRHS offers retention pay to individuals who have worked at the facility for greater than one year. Madison Regional Health System employees receive a discount at the on-site cafeteria.
