Summary: Provide supported employment & housing supported services to eligible participants & execute/develop Service Plans &/or Individual Employment Plans that enhance employability through direct & indirect service provision within Goodwill & partner agencies. Must successfully pass driver record, background, & fingerprint check. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : This position requires the ability to drive for company business using company &/or personal vehicle. Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, & proof of personal auto insurance. CPR/1st Aid certification preferred. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following: Supervise Employment Specialists & Case Manager Support position(s) in assigned programs. Arrange & provide shift coverage & general supervision to FCS staff to meet participants service needs. Assist with the development & implementation of programs & services. Recruit appropriate participants to meet program targets. Assist with screening of referrals for appropriate program & service options. Complete comprehensive intake . Provide accurate documentation to support Medicaid billing. Demonstrate advanced leadership skills. Facilitate a person-centered planning approach to determine vocational goals, recommend appropriate services to achieve goals, & oversee the program & goals agreed upon. Complete career assessment & career planning. Develop Service Plans &/or Individual Employment Plans to guide service provision. Provide connections to education & vocational training. Provide participants with supportive services to achieve & maintain employment. Monitor & record participant progress to ensure goals & objectives are met. Follow-up on participant progress, providing encouragement. Provide job development & supports to help participants become employed. Assist participants in achieving the highest level of independent functioning while receiving services. Provide classroom training in the areas of life skills, budgeting, employment readiness, soft skills, job retention, & money management. Provide training, using multiple methods, to reach all learning styles. Track attendance, program completion rate, skills attainment, performance increase, & placement rate. Provide job retention support for up to 90 days. Model appropriate work behaviors & interpersonal skills. Establish & maintain good working relationships with participants, referral agencies, & all team members. Coordinate & monitor internal work sites. Monitor worksite performance & provide assistance to help with improvement. Meet program outcomes. Ensure target productivity is met by all FCS staff members. Ensure all paperwork & related activities are currant, accurate, & in compliance. Enter required data into the Participant Case Management Database in a timely & accurate manner. Submit data for the continuous improvement outcome reporting system. Provide services in accordance with Goodwill policies, CARF standards, & principles of safety. Participate in meetings, staffing, & other activities as directed to promote & review the effectiveness of Service Plans &/or Individual Employment Plans & overall case management effort. Work collaboratively with Workforce & Family Services to provide participant services. Follow all policies, procedures, & directives of Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest assuring safety of personnel or property. Properly wear & maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Violation of confidentiality is cause for immediate dismissal. Comply with & promote good safety practices.
