Tanner Clinic has an immediate opening for an Eating Disorders Family Therapist in Davis County.Hours: PT with future option for FTLocation: Layton Responsibilities: Ability to adequately identify and treat via family therapy a variety of eating disorder diagnoses and mental health co- moribities . Ability to follow professional code of conduct and provide ethical, individualized, patient-centric care. Ability to work cohesively as a member of a multidisciplinary team with effective communication skills . Ability to provide evidence-based therapeutic treatment on a long-term outpatient basis, both individually and in group settings. Expectations for Success: Graduate level licensed mental health professionals (LMFT, MFT) with preference toward those who obtained their degree from a CACREP accredited institution Willing to undergo recommended additional trainings specific to best-practices in eating disorder treatment and supervision from in-house clinician. No prior eating disorder treatment experience required Preference granted to applicants who are already qualified to treat those struggling with an eating disorder and co-occurring disorders in family and group therapy , as demonstrated by prior experience working in an eating disorder specific treatment center, evidence of attending multiple e ating disorder treatment continuing education events, and/or seeking supervision with a community eating disorder specialist (S-CEDS).
