Purpose of position We are looking for career-seeking individuals to fully participate in helping Foundation realize its mission, align with its core values, and achieve its goals by fulfilling the roles and responsibilities as an Account Support Specialist. Job Description: The Commercial Lines Account Support Specialist (CLASS) is responsible for working with a team to ensure superior service to clients in the assigned book of business. The CLASS team consists of fellow Specialists, Producers (those writing the business), and Account Managers (those assigned to service accounts). The CLASS role directly supports Account Management. Duties include but are not limited: Issuing Certificates of Insurance accurately and in a timely manner. This is the primary role of the Account Support Specialist. Creating and sending binders, letters, and other correspondence. Processing pending cancellations, cancellations, and reinstatements. Aiding insureds with completion of audit requirements. Assisting insureds with billing questions and payment processing. Processing requests for Loss Runs. Submitting change requests to appropriate carriers. Requirements - Applicants must: Have minimum of 3 years Commercial Lines Sales Support experience (Preferred) Be ethical, professional, intelligent, personable, highly motivated, energetic, and responsible. Able to pass a criminal background check. Have or obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (We pay for and assist you in obtaining this) Be Bilingual in Spanish/English (Preferred) Possess the following skills: Critical thinking Excellent written and verbal communication Self-starter Ability to multi-task Organization Have strong computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and management systems Benefits: We offer a competitive benefit package that includes the following: A competitive salary* Health, dental, and life insurance Long & short-term disability insurance Life insurance 401k FSA Generous PTO Work on a beautiful campus *Salary commensurate with experience
