Job Title: Member Needs Specialist Work Location: 1141 W Silicon Way, Suite A. St.George, UT 84770 Work Status: Full-time, non-exempt Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ownership over creating the need record within the system, requesting signed HIPAA forms, requesting and processing itemized statements and IUA payments, creating bills in system, and managing payments per company policies and processes. Clear, complete, and timely communication with members Maintain HIPAA compliance and company compliance policies. Processing Time of Service payments Negotiating with Providers when self-pay discounts are not offered. Act with a sense of urgency in resolving Member concerns, questions, and needs. Seek out positive and innovative solutions to challenges. Contribute positively to the team culture and work well with members of other ZH teams. Required Work experience, Skills and Abilities: Attention to Details 1-2 years previous Customer Service experience Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately in both written and verbal form. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Ability to work effectively within a team. Proactive and Innovative mindset Ability and willingness to negotiation Sincere desire to help other people Education: High school diploma Physical Requirements: Sit up to 8 hours a day and stare at a computer screen Experience preferred: Experience working with and interpreting medical claims and medical records Familiarity with HIPAA Experience or familiarity with Salesforce Spanish speaking Some post high school education Job Posted by ApplicantPro
