This cutting edge technology is the gold standard for the home building industry.Reporting to the Project Manager and the President, you will oversee a team of Assistant Superintendents who work with Union Trades, Local Municipalities, Subcontractors, and Vendors to ensure a quality product with a high level of customer satisfaction.Qualifications 3 years or more leadership experience in construction Experience managing multiple projects/homes under construction at a given time. A successful history of interacting directly with homebuyers during construction, inspections, and closing phases Leadership experience for field customer service, including the warranty phase Current knowledge/understanding of building practices, codes, and requirements Must be computer proficient McBride Homes offers competitive compensation ($55,000-$85,000/yr. depending on experience) including vehicle allowance and annual bonus program.
