A Utility team member must have the flexibility, and ability, to travel and work at our various branches in the Richmond area and at our Williamsburg/Newtown branch, as needed. Branch hours are 9 am to 5 pm, and to 6 pm on Thursdays and Fridays. Once the pandemic subsides, limited, rotating Saturday hours will resume . We of course offer a safe work environment and all branches offer drive through and appointment services for our customers. Our ideal applicant has experience working as a teller in a retail bank setting or at least 2 years of heavy cash handling and customer experience. We pride ourselves on excellent external and internal customer service skills, and seek those qualities for new Village family members. We offer a strong team-oriented and friendly work environment to the person who has the ability to multi-task and work effectively with our customers and team.
