JOB PURPOSE: To further the mission of Development Workshop, Inc. through the successful implementation of developmental therapy services Through Development Workshop's Children's Program. This position will support the provision of quality service, ensure compliance with all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures related to this service, complete accurate recordkeeping, and ultimately enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of services. Conduct assessments, write objectives, and provide intervention services according to the written plan based on evidence-based treatment (EBT) to the participant and their family. Provide individual or group interventions and skill development activities in the home or community setting, and minimally in the center.
