In this role, you will: Design print and electronic output from raw data and PDF input using Quadient Inspire Designer Become proficient in all aspects of the MPX document processing workflow and associated tools Assist with supporting the MPX Automate processing environment and general IT, ensuring support issues (IT requests, data processing failures, etc.) are resolved to root cause and within SLA with the support of the rest of the IT team Self-manage priorities and tickets to ensure work is completed to SLA with excellent quality while following the process Perform other duties as needed for our clients and team The ideal candidate for this role: Experienced in the core MPX technologies or similar: Quadient Inspire Designer, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AWS, REST APIs Has experience with print production, color, fonts, PDF/PS output Is a hands-on problem solver, resolving issues as assigned and escalating as needed Is self-directed, continuously looking for ways to improve work, eager to learn, with the ability to absorb information quickly Possesses strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills Thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift, and quality is paramount
