To learn more, visit our website at www.brons.com Job Duties: Operate one or more grinding machines for the purpose of grinding parts with supervision Verify conformance of work to specification using gauges, micrometers, and other inspection equipment as needed with supervision Select proper wheels, mounts, and dress as needed Polish and maintain size and finish per print Maintain an accurate count and record production pieces and hours of production Maintains product handling, to protect product from damage Keeps equipment and product free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Maintains a clean work area based on company housekeeping protocol Follows all company safety protocol Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required Must have a minimum of 3 years of combined ID, OD, and Surface Grinding Ability to read and understand sketches and blue prints Ability to set up and operate grinding equipment Experience with manual or CNC Heald 273 and manual Parker ID grinders, and manual Landis and Myford grinders, Chevalier surface grinders preferred Location: 60527 Bronson & Bratton, Inc.
