WS Management is seeking to add a Bookkeeper /Property Accountant to our Corporate Accounting team . Responsibilities: Bank Reconciliations Credit Card Reconciliations Accounts Payable Help facilitate timely and accurate financial reporting Help with the month, quarter and year-end close activities Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations Investigate and coordinate resolution of disputed account balances Maintain databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed Improve processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness over corporate accounting and GL activities Prevent inaccuracies in and maintain the reliability of financial documents by setting up internal control systems and embracing proper policies for financial reporting Maintain positive relationships by analyzing, researching and responding to property leadership inquiries in a timely , accurate , and polite manner Demonstrate ability to effectively prioritize & self-direct the day-to-day workload Requirements: 3+ years of Bookkeeping/Bank Reconciliation experience Proficient in the Microsoft 365/One Drive environment Proficient with Microsoft Excel Versatile and able to learn different accounting platforms easily. Uncompromising attention to detail and accuracy Ability to problem-solve and address issues in a professional and effective manner. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a high paced environment.
