Seeking Estimator/Project Manager experienced in roofing, siding and sheet metal products. Responsibilities include: Oversee all aspects of roofing, siding and sheet metal project estimation including review for accuracy of estimation before project bid submission Use of estimating software to organize, schedule and track bids Stay informed on new roofing, siding and sheet metal products and installation guidelines Complete submittal documents, process and handle all RFIs Communicate effectively with clients through the bid process Requirements: At least two years of estimating experience required Knowledge of roofing, siding and sheet metal products required BS/BA preferred but not required Must have experience with ON-Screen takeoff, Timberline or another estimating software Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Ability to climb ladders/access roof as needed CWC Roofing is a national roofing & exteriors company licensed throughout the country.
