POSITION TITLE: HEALTH RECORDS TECHNICIAN FLSA: NON-EXEMPT REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: High School Graduate/GED Computer literacy/general data entry Highly organized and self-motivated Good interpersonal skills with co-workers and clients. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Process an average of 115 documents per workday with 99% accuracy. Scanning Medical/Dental patient records and maintain in databases for SCHC centers. To ensure that records indicating urgent attention are immediately scanned. Maintain stringent HIPAA guidelines Monitor the eCW Medical Records Bucket Sort, Scan and assign Incoming Mail Other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None Job Posted by ApplicantPro
