Buckley's Market Cafe in Hollis is looking for people to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.Looking for a full-time employee with availability on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday. Previous barista experience is a plus. Room to advance within the store and company.Responsibilities Working all stations including barista, pastry, meat/fish counter and cashier. Will be expected to learn the products and be able to explain them to guests. Greet customers and make them feel at home Answer any questions the customers may have Assist Customers in preparing their orders Cash Customers out Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment Respond to all guests in a friendly and professional manner and get the supervisor when needed Qualifications Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled guests Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments Ability to problem solve quickly with concerns customers may have Ability to ask for help Good communication skills with customers and co-workers We are looking forward to reading your application.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour plus tips which average an additional $7-$10/ hour!
