LithTech is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Pittsford, NY office! If you are highly motivated, organized and thrive in a fast- paced/changing environment, we want to talk to you! Are you the ideal candidate? The Sales Coordinator will assist the Sale Team by analyzing market data to optimize sales efforts and identify potential customers. This role will also track sales quotas and goals, formulating reports for the management team and sales channel. It will also work with marketing to maintain sales materials, including presentations and brochures, and work with other departments such as finance and engineering to optimize sales. This role will also be responsible for submitting FOIL requests to RFPs related to battery energy storage. How will you be successful in the role? Aside from the overall scope of the role listed above, you will also be responsible for sales reporting and economic research to assist engineering and sales teams on building business cases for applications and projects. In addition to, general day-to-day administrative duties as needed to assist engineering and sales. What we would love to see: Bachelor's degree with a finance focus is preferred, not not necessary. 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
