Forbes Bros. USA Inc. is currently looking for a Licensing Manager to join our team at our US Headquarters in Denver, Colorado. This position will be responsible for managing state-to-state licensing requirements, including registrations and licenses needed to operate our business, licensing renewals, coordination with State agencies, maintaining a licensing database and obtaining associated licenses. Work with the legal department and business units to respond and mitigate notices of non-compliance or challenges to any licenses or other regulatory requirements. Develop/maintain license database to manage ongoing renewals and associated processes, tracking, notifications, and invoices. Coordinate with internal teams to support client due diligence requirements. Responsible for researching licensing requirements for the business and pursuing new licenses for new business opportunities. Coordinate with outside counsel/contractor as necessary to facilitate and renew licenses. Support other regulatory aspects of business operations and legal compliance, as necessary. Look to create and build internal processes relating to all aspects of licensing Other duties as assigned, including providing corporate support to the legal department What We Are Looking For: Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred. A combination of experience, training and education will be equally considered Experience in licensing management preferred Knowledge regarding state licensing procedures for construction operations and variations between jurisdictions Ability to perform independently, at a high level and with minimal supervision Knowledge of regulatory research and analysis Excellent writing and document preparation skills Ability to meet strict deadlines Ability to work with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment Track projects and communicate status updates on a regular basis Detail oriented and organized Proficient in Microsoft Office Forbes Bros.
