Temporary summer position available in our Information Technology department. Responsibilities include the following: Image and configure new computers for deployment. Replace outdated computers with new equipment as needed. Ensure the proper disposal of replaced equipment in accordance with policies and HIPAA regulations. Maintain accurate records of all computer equipment, including location, configuration, and warranty information. Work with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Install and configure software on new computers as needed. Participate in inventory audits of computer equipment and assist with maintaining inventory. Provide general support to the IT team as needed. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the IT Manager and collaborate with other IT team members. This temporary position is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare IT environment. Hours are 9:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Friday from June 1, 2023 - August 31st, 2023. Hours and dates can be flexible. Excellent communication and customer service skills a must.
