Beverage Cart Attendant o perates the Beverage Cart to service our guests and members food and beverage items, on the golf course(s), in a professional, timely and courteous manner. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage Beverage Cart inventory. Prepares hot dogs, cold sandwiches and other ancillary items included in the beverage cart menu in accordance with ServSafe standards. Stocks, loads and cleans beverage cart upon arrival for his/her shift. Check with Pro Shop daily to gauge course volume and any daily event activity. Effectively merchandises food and beverage menus in an informative, friendly and enthusiastic manner. Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and refills items as needed. Observes and practices correct golf course etiquette while touring the Course(s). Participates in pre-shift meetings. Maintains the cleanliness of the beverage cart and staging area. Effectively makes food & beverage items available to golfers in a timely and efficient manner. Serves guests food, snack and beverage items form the beverage cart. Serves guest alcohol in accordance with all state laws. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Regular & reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
