Beacon Credit Union, a community and service-oriented financial cooperative headquartered in Wabash, IN, is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to lead our group of credit analysts which are a part of our Ag/Commercial lending department. This individual will work closely with lending management to achieve short- and long-term goals related to performance metrics of production and quality, implement best practice standards regarding timing and communication response, and accomplish expectations surrounding our high performance culture.Candidates should have analytical and leadership experience and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Prior credit analysis experience is preferred but not required. Ideal applicants will be positive, collaborative, service driven and versatile.This is a telecommute opportunity. However, to sufficiently support the credit analyst team, it is requested that this position be based in northern Indiana. Standard position hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
