Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC , a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking full-time Logistician IV. This position is located in Quantico, VA with extended support up to five (5) additional locations. ******* ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED ******** Responsibilities: Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management Support the logistics management of the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources Responsible for managing lifecycle of hardware and software asset Managing and tracking software licenses, reviewing volume and expenditure purchase agreements to ensure license compliance Resolve discrepancies identified in asset management database and update the asset management database upon any custodial change Support the implementation and management of program changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved. Experience with developing budgets and operating plans for programs (program spend plans). Reconciliation of discovered assets that are not tracked in the asset management database Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management Qualifications Requirements: Active Secret Security Clearance Ten (10) years with Master's, or 14 years Bachelor's degree of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support of electronic systems, to include: logistics management, principles, practices, and processes Experience shall include at least six (6) years of support with C4ISR or similar systems, to include: Analyzing Contracts, Analyzing System Design Specifications, Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures, and Developing Logistics Management Plans and Guidelines. Experience supervising Logistics Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Lifecycle [Acquisition] Logistics Advanced/Level 3; Specialists. Experience may be achieved simultaneously. additional relevant experience Individual shall have Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Lifecycle [Acquisition] Logistics Advanced/Level 3; demonstrate/specify equivalent life cycle logistics training; or possess an additional three (3) year (i.e., total 13 years minimum experience with Master's or 17 years with Bachelor's degree) working in direct support of defense life-cycle logistics . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision Desired Experienced: Experience in logistic packing and shipment of assets Experience working with a CMDB and the specific business services that it supports Understanding of IT Service Management processes The ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision
