Hunton Distribution, a division of Hunton Group in Houston, TX ( www.huntongroup.com ), has a new and exciting opportunity for you to join our organization as a HVAC Light Commercial Unit (LCU) Equipment Estimator . Selected candidate will be responsible for identifying customer's needs, estimating, designing, and accurately quoting LCU projects. Responsibilities: Determine customer's needs and identify Light Commercial Unit solutions. Estimate, design, and accurately quote projects based on customer's needs. Responds to customer's inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding products or services. Receive and process customer orders into SalesPad. Enter new projects into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Monitor that projects are completed in a timely manner. Distribute completed projects to contractors. Enter factory worksheets into ComfortSite (Trane). Coordinate with logistics to ship orders. Support Outside Sales and other departments as needed. Skills Required: Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent oral and written communication skills. HVAC industry experience desired. Education and/or Experience Required: Associates degree or Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-5 years of customer service or equivalent experience preferred.
