Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Tracy, CA is looking to hire a full-time Inside Sales Supervisor to manage and lead Inside Sales Team members, concentrating on individual sales productivity along with meeting quotas, objectives, and goals. You'll distribute quote requests to maintain a balanced load between team members and prepare reports. You'll lead the activities of the Inside Sales team, including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluation. To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize job duties in order to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
