Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in St. Peters, MO is looking to hire a full-time Parts Specialist to assist customers with sales and parts requests, manage warranty and service requests, and help organize and manage inventory.We also offer great benefits and perks, such as paid holidays including Black Friday and Christmas Eve, paid time off , 401(k) , medical , dental , and vision insurance , and employer paid life insurance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Foster positive customer relations through effective communication; respond quickly to inquiries in a cooperative, supportive, and professional manner; serve as a customer liaison to the parts and service department Complete customer orders and schedule warranty service work Order parts and maintain an organized and accurate inventory of parts Work directly with the production team to assure needed parts are available OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE Our ideal candidate is respectful, detail oriented, career-minded, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work. Previous experience working in a parts department, customer service or sales role is preferred. Fork Truck Operators License preferred.
