IFA , an intermountain agricultural and retail cooperative, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Accounts Payable Data Entry/File Clerk at the corporate office in Salt Lake City, Utah. JOB DESCRIPTION: Accounts Payable Data Entry/File Clerk is responsible for the data entry of incoming daily invoices, this includes printing daily emails and paper mail invoices. Maintaining all AP check files and providing support for the Department Manager and team members. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Printing and Fast Data Entry of daily invoice in a high volume department, timely and accurately. Serve as a back up to the corporate receptionist daily for breaks, lunch and days off. Set up of new AP vendors and maintenance of vendor files. Overall maintenance of all AP check and invoice files; includes paper filing and attaching invoices electronically in the ERP system. Daily metering of outgoing mail. Able to perform basic math and the ability to calculate due dates, discounts and percentages. Fulfill other assignments and tasks as requested by supervisor. Qualifications: Actively demonstrates commitment with consistent attendance, punctuality and reliability. High School diploma, GED or equivalent required. Strong Data Entry skills with speed and accuracy. 10 key by touch preferred but not required. Prior Accounts Payable with emphasis on Data Entry highly desired. College experience in Accounting, Finance, Business or other college courses desirable. Knowledge of SAP software is a plus Able to lift up to 20 pounds. Able to stoop, bend, lift, push, pull, walk and stretch repeatedly. Able to sit for extended period of time. Excellent organizational skills Able to handle stress while performing job functions. Ability to adapt to evolving processes.
